  • Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days within Saudi Arabia.

  • Delivery Location: Costs may vary depending on whether the delivery is within Jeddah or other regions in Saudi Arabia.

  • Order Processing: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, MAND will process and prepare the order for shipment within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience a delay in processing.
  • Custom Orders: For customized or personalized products (e.g., furniture, home décor), the production and delivery time may range from 4 to 6 weeks. In some cases, custom orders may take up to 6 months depending on production capacity and customization requirements.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s tracking portal.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of order confirmation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Delays and Shipping Issues

While MAND strives to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by:

Missing Deliveries: If your package is missing or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. MAND is not liable for lost or undelivered items due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

Customs Duties and Taxes: For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid upon arrival of the goods in the destination country.

  • Flowers: Due to their perishable nature, flower deliveries are limited to specific regions within Saudi Arabia and are not eligible for international shipping.
